Dear Authors,

Greetings!

Welcome to ICNCCom 2026, which will be held in Tamil Nadu, India, from July 30 to August 1, 2026. To ensure the smooth delivery of your presentation, please carefully review the following guidelines (Note: To accommodate time zone differences and mitigate network connectivity issues, presenters are required to submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation, while remaining available online for the live Q&A session.):

I. Slide Requirements

To ensure the effectiveness of your presentation, please prepare your slides using the provided template. You can download the template by clicking here.

II. Create Presentation Videos

Requirements:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint is an excellent tool for creating presentation videos, though other software may also be used. All videos must be uploaded in MP4 format.
  • Use a high-quality microphone in a quiet, echo-free room to ensure the audio is clear and sufficiently loud.
  • The main window should display your presentation slides, while a sub-window should show your face.
  • Video quality should be suitable for on-screen viewing. A resolution of 720P or higher is recommended.
  • Please keep the video file size under 70MB to ensure smooth streaming for viewers.

III. Upload Instructions

To avoid on-site delays caused by last-minute file transfers, please upload the final versions of your slide file and video file to the conference system by July 28.

Upload Method 1 (Recommended):
Log in to the conference website at https://icnccom2026.aconf.org/ and navigate to:
Login → Dashboard → My Presentation → Files → Slide/Video

Upload Method 2 (Quick Link):
Use the following exclusive link for direct upload:

IV. Additional Tips

  • File Naming: We recommend naming your files in the format:
    Paper ID_Presentation Title_Presenter Name
(e.g., 01_ICNCCom2026_YourName) to facilitate quick identification and management by the organizing committee.
  • Font Embedding: To prevent layout issues caused by missing special fonts on the venue’s computers, please select the "Embed fonts in the file" option when saving your PowerPoint presentation.

V. Contact Information

If you encounter any problems during the preparation or upload of your files, please do not hesitate to contact us at:
