AUTHOR_GUIDELINES

Submission Guidelines

During the initial paper submission process via the Aconf submission system, it is the authors' responsibility to ensure that the author list and paper title in the submitted PDF file match exactly the author list and paper title on the  Aconf submission system registration page.

IMPORTANT: The page length limit for all initial submissions for review is SIX (6) printed pages (10-point font) and must be written in English. Initial submissions longer than SIX (6) pages will be rejected without review.

All final submissions of accepted papers must be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font), including figures. No more than two (2) additional printed pages (10-point font) may be included in final submissions, and the extra pages (the 7th and 8th pages) will incur an over-length page charge of USD 10 for each page.  Please refer to the acceptance letter for the instructions on how to upload final papers.

Camera-Ready Paper Submission Instructions

The PDF eXpress account for the conference will be available from 10 July. Authors are requested to use PDF eXpress to generate and/or verify an IEEE Xplore®-compliant PDF of their camera-ready paper before the final submission.

Once you have completed your registration, please carefully proofread your manuscript to ensure that it is free from typographical errors, grammatical errors, formatting inconsistencies, and other inaccuracies, as the submitted version will be used for the preparation of the conference proceedings.

Before submitting your camera-ready paper, please ensure that:

⦁  All figures, tables, graphs, and images are clear, legible, and of high resolution.
⦁  All figure and table captions are complete, accurate, and correctly numbered.
⦁  All axes, units, legends, labels, symbols, and annotations in figures and graphs are clearly visible and properly labeled.
⦁  Mathematical equations, references, and citations are correctly formatted and consistent throughout the manuscript.
⦁  Every reference listed in the References section is cited in the text, and every in-text citation has a corresponding entry in the References section.
⦁  All references are complete, accurate, and formatted according to the IEEE Reference Style.

After completing the above checks, upload the following to the conference submission system for final proceedings preparation:

⦁  The camera-ready source files (Microsoft Word document or LaTeX source files, as applicable).
⦁  All original figure files (high-resolution figures in their original editable formats, where applicable).
⦁  The PDF eXpress-generated/verified PDF (IEEE Xplore®-compliant PDF).

Please place the source file(s) together with all figure files in a single folder, compress the folder into a ZIP archive, and upload the ZIP file along with the PDF eXpress-generated PDF to the submission system.

Please ensure that the uploaded files represent the final publication-ready version of your paper. The source files, figure files, and the IEEE Xplore®-compliant PDF are required to facilitate typesetting, editorial processing, and the preparation of the conference proceedings.
