Abstract
The COVID-19 crisis led to unprecedented levels of digitization of the world. With the movement of business activities and government functions into the online space, the cyberspace threat environment continued expanding very quickly. At the same time, cyber laws and privacy policies faced significant pressures to adapt. This research explores the impact of the crisis on cyber laws from multiple angles. Specifically, the research covers areas such as legal changes, regional cases, issues related to privacy policies, institutional strengthening, and current challenges.
